2010 Tax Payment Deadlines

Business Tax

• January 20, 2010 (Monday) - 1st Quarter Payments
  Extended up to January 31, 2010 (for all annual and 1st quarter business taxes and fees), without penalty, surcharge or interest. City Treasurer's Office will be open on this day (Sunday) to facilitate and accept payments.
  
• April 20, 2010 (Tuesday) - 2nd Quarter Payments
• July 20, 2010 (Tuesday) - 3rd Quarter Payments
• October 20, 2010 (Wednesday) - 4th Quarter Payments

Real Property Tax

• March 31, 2010 (Wednesday) - 1st Quarter Payments
• June 30, 2010 (Wednesday) - 2nd Quarter Payments
• September 30, 2010 (Thursday) - 3rd Quarter Payments
• December 31, 2010 (Friday) - 4th Quarter Payments  
  

Community Tax Certificate

• Deadline of payment is on the last day of February 2010
• Payments made within March 1 to December 31, 2010 will be imposed additional 20% monthly interest in the payment of individual and corporate community tax certificates
  

Professional Tax

• Deadline of payment is on January 31, 2010

Anusement Tax

• Deadline of payment is every 20th of each month

Market Fees

• Deadline of payment is every 20th of each month

Schedule of Sale of Delinquent Real Properties

• April 6, 2010 - 1st schedule of sale delinquent real properties
• July 2010 - 2nd schedule of sale delinquent real properties
• October 2010 - 3rd schedule of sale delinquent real properties
• December 2010 - 4th and last schedule of sale delinquent real properties
  

20% discount is given to those who pay their full year real estate taxes on time.

The Taxpayer's Lounge is open from Mondays to Fridays, 7 AM to 5 PM, except during January of every year when the City Treasurer's Office is open 7 days a week: Monday to Friday from 7AM to 7PM, Saturday from 8AM to 5PM, and Sunday from 9AM to 5PM. Free coffee is served for the taxpayers.

Aside from the City Hall Annex Building Office Extension (Taxpayers' Lounge), local taxes may also be paid at the following brach offices:
