- QCPD is one of the first PNP units to seriously use the New York City Crime Control Model (COMPSTAT) where in computer-generated crime statistics enhance leadership and management capabilities of police station commanders in police operations. Through the COMPSTAT, the QCPD formulates intelligence-driven deployment and employment of forces.
