The Land Titling Production Unit directly under the Office of the City Mayor is tasked to:

* Provide the needed administrative and technical services in support of the National Government Center (NGC) Urban Poor Housing Project. The project has embarked on a mission of distributing lands for the homeless where an estimated 40,000 lots were earmarked for distribution. Such services include the printing/production of titles to be awarded.

* Verify unclaimed Administratively Reconstituted Titles prepared by the Registry of Deeds, for distribution to their rightful owners.

Services :

* Handle the production of Land Titles and processing of Petitions for Administrative Reconstitution;
* Act as the custodian of Judicial Forms/Land Titles;
* Coordinate with the Register of Deeds, City Assessor's Office and other dept./agencies;
* Processe applications for certified true copies of Transfer Certificates of Titles (TCTs)

Requirements for Availing of These Services:

* NGC Housing Project for the urban poor

Qualification of eligible recipient:
- No existing real estate propert
- Member of Home Owners Association (HOA)
- 10 years residency
- Capacity to pay

* Administrative Reconstitution of Titles for property owners

- Latest Tax Declaration
- Latest Tax Receipt
- Latest Tax Clearance
- Original Owner's Duplicate Copy of TCT
