· Assist the City Mayor in attaining the objectives of bringing the government closer to the people and the attainment of a Quality City

· Engage in participatory community development work in the form of CRO-NGO /PO partnership for community development

· Coordinate and conduct information and education campaign in programs, plans and projects of the City Government and its departments and offices

· Register and facilitate network formation with Quezon City's NGOs and POs
