Processing and approval of subdivision plans and other development projects, as well as those necessarily related to monitoring to ensure compliance to the requirements and conditions on the basis of which the subdivision was approved. Other matters pertaining to subdivision concerns like homeowners association disputes, regulated opening of subdivision roads, tricycle regulation, etc. are also being attended. Likewise, the Office takes charge of the issuance of the Subdivision/ Development Permit and Subdivision Permit and Subdivision Permit Exemption. Arch.
