b) Certified true copies of resulting titles (Certified copy from Register of Deeds)
c) Photocopy/Certified true copy of previous Tiltle
d) Deed of Conveyance, if there is a transfer of ownership simultaneously done with segregation
e) BIR Certificate Authorizing Registration
f) Transfer tax receipt
g) Tax Clearance (currently issued by City Treasurer's Office) for the mother lot
h) Certified true copy of latest tax declaration
i) Picture of property (3'x5' colored)--note:if vacant lot, include portion of the sidewalk or if with improvement, picture should be front view.
j) Photocopy of Owner's TIN Card or TIN No.
k) Owner's authorization/special power of attorney
