THE QUEZON CITY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TASK FORCE

The Special Assessment Task Force of the Quezon City Government was created to provide further business convenience by integrating its mandated inspection services. This is part of the reforms to promote ease of doing business in the city.

The primary function and mandate of the SATF is to ensure that the revenue, taxes, fees and charges collected have factual, real and legal basis. Organizing the various operating units into an integrated cluster will reduce the number of inspections that a business establishment will have to contend with each year. Each member of the inspection team will bear the proper identafication and authorization from the city government, to prevent unscrupulous practices.

The Task Force is composed of representatives from the following operating units of the QC local government: Building Permits and Licensing Office, City Treasurer's Office, City Assessor's Office, City Building Official, City Health Department, Environmental Protection and Waste Management Department and the Fire Department
