City Departments and Offices

The City government has 16 departments, 14 offices, and 15 task forces and other units. There are also nine national government agencies with satellite offices in Quezon City. It manages to increase public service delivery while maintaining almost the same number of employees when the Belmonte Administration started in 2001 by eliminating ghost employees of the previous administration and putting the local bureaucracy into order.
